Automoblox is an award-winning toy line consisting of modular wooden vehicles that encourages young minds to build cars and trucks of their own design.

These cars have interchangeable parts that are constructed of high-quality materials such as German Beech wood and American GE Plastics that have colorful, eye-catching parts that are durable enough to withstand the rough and tumble play of adventurous young designers. Automoblox cars come in 2 sizes, the full-sized and the minis.

While a student at Carnegie Mellon University in Industrial Design, Patrick Calello, was faced with a challenge to come up with developing new consumer products concepts for the do-it-yourself wooden hobby industry.

It was fall of 1992 when the original concept was born. The concept was to inspire creativity in children by allowing them to visualize and assemble cars of their own design. In 2004, Automoblox started selling it?s first products in the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan.
