Save the Day

Our 3 year old really enjoys this rescue center. There are a few things that make it really dynamic. First, is that there is a little "spring pull" thing in the back of the garage that the child launch the ambulance or the police car out of the rescue center (the garage does have to be open already, the force isn't strong enough to make it push the door open as it exits). This is probably my son's favorite part. On a hard surface the cars roll really well too, so they go quite fast and far. Also, the garage door itself opens and closes really easily. The little guy matches the other Plan City guys so he is pretty interchangeable with all the other plan city sets. The "rescue computer" and red "command post thing" are not attached, so they can be moved out of the rescue center. My son likes to play with the "computer/map" outside of the center. The over all wood quality is high, as is to be expected with Plan toys.
