Big fun!

These blocks are so much fun ! When I brought them home, my husband commented, "Now that's a great baby toy!". Super soft, super safe, and sensory-stimulating. All the things a protective new parent looks for in a toy. They are good for less than 6 months old... Baby will stretch and lift his head during tummy time to see these different patterns and textures and delight when you make the block make noise.

Great Beginner Blocks

When I got these in the mail I thought they looked a little small and thought about returning them, I'm glad I didn't! They were a great size for my then six-month-old's hands and he enjoys grabbing at them and looking at the colors--he can't stack them yet. He especially enjoys looking and talking to himself in the mirror of the yellow block. I really like that these are so soft because he can play with them and even if he falls over--which happens frequently--he doesn't get hurt. I gave them a 4, however, because the red block has pink and orange on it and the color combo looks a little funny (baby doesn't seem to mind).

Perfect baby gift!

These are so cute and unique. I love Haba toys and purchased this set for a friend and they can' t stop telling me how much they love them! They are smaller than your typical soft blocks but that just makes it easier to hold and chew on!

Great color combos, great sounds!

These are a top shower gift for me and I love the size and shape and feel of these blocks. They hold up well under lots of play, and the carrying bag makes it easy to put them away and drag them out in a few weeks so baby doesn't get bored.

Fun first blocks

I'd been eying these for a while and wasn't sure what was so great about these blocks until I ordered them. These little blocks are just right for babies who are just starting to grasp and chew. And since they are Haba, you don't have to worry about toxic paints :-) The quality is great and they are adorable. Older babies enjoy knocking them down (and still chewing on them). The textures and colors are fun. My baby loves kissing the baby in the mirror.

Great Blocks to Grow With

Simple first block set, with so many diff ways to engage your child. At 4 mo my baby first enjoyed knocking these over, then grabbing,shaking, & chewing them. The yellow block was her favorite with the mirror to peek at. Now at 6 mo she enjoys exploring the textures and comparing the sounds. She will grab one in each hand and then alternate shaking them to hear the different sounds each block makes. They are small enough for young babies hands and so soft that you don't worry about your baby falling on them or smacking themselves in the face. I'm sure in the months to come she will enjoy stacking them. Simply wonderful!

a good block set

I like these blocks. They are soft and a good size for a starter block set. I am not sure I would rave about them as much as the other reviewers but they are definitely a good buy.
