Amazing multi-use and beautiful toy!

My husband thought this was too simple for our 6yr old son, but it has turned out to be a favorite! The puzzle has suggested 'solutions' on the back of the very nice, sturdy box and my son delighted in figuring out each combination. Now, he is trying to come up with his own, ones that are Not printed on the box. Very fun. The blocks all have designs printed - or painted - on one side which makes things even trickier...But my favorite thing is that the pieces are thick, and stand easily as 'blocks' and this particular puzzle make great little 'houses' and buildings! Neat! Beutifully made, smooth feel, and comes with a lovely wood tray.
