My daughter's eyes lit up with delight when she first saw Max. She explores him thoroughly each time she plays, and loves mouthing him, swinging him to make sounds and grasping his end ring and string loop. Often he is just a blur, she is having so much fun. Fortunately, dropping hasn't hurt him one bit either.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend who was having a baby and they can't stop telling me how much they love it! The bright colors and fun clacking sound make it a hit for babies and toddlers alike... not to mention the exceptional quality you would expect from Haba!

A nice stroller toy. It actually has a loop not a clip. It makes a nice clacking sound and the smiley face is attractive to babies. The ring is good for grasping. Great for infants, but I ended up temporarily putting Max on my toddler's side of the stroller, because she was so happy with the "clown".

This is my favorite HABA baby toy of all! In fact it's become a standard new baby gift as he's so unusual. His body is made of solid wood with an elastic threaded through so he can be pulled and stretched to create the 'clack'. Thread a Haba clip onto his loop and attatch him anywhere from stroller to gym! - A certain winner with babies and new parents!

I'm going to order more of these for my premade gifts that we send clients. I'm lucky to be able to have given and received a ton of Haba, and they are all very good quality! This one has a solid feel and kids even up to 2 seem to love to grab and rattle it.

Our little guy loves this toy. This is a nice, easy to hold toy for young babies. The colors and patterns are eye catching and encourage eye and hand movement and coordination. Cleans up nicely too, and safe to chew. Get a clip with it and clip it on any bag or car seat or even to the child.

We bought this toy for our daughter when she was 5 months old because he is so adorable. Well, she loved him on first sight, and even our 2 year old daughter loves him as well! Our 2 year old calls him "Happy" and walks around the house and talks to him every so often. Maxe holds up extremely well to handling, throwing, sucking on, chewing and clean-ups. The clean-up recommendation is to wipe with a damp cloth but we have now washed him twice with a gentle dish soap and warm water and he is as good as new with no damage to the paint. Just be sure to rinse thoroughly between each and every bead as it's the dish soap residue that will eventually ruin the paint, and dry thoroughly too. We take Maxe everywhere with us, he is always coming along in the diaper bag. He clacks when gently shaken, and his discs can be rotated. The fact that he can be used for teething babies and is bright and interesting enough to keep an infants attention makes him a winner everytime! He is always the first toy to be packed in the diaper bag. He is small enough to even fit into a purse if you don't carry a diaper bag around. His cheerful face makes both my daughters smile everytime they see him come out of the bag. Very well made, and would definately recommend this toy!

I bought this when my son was 2 months old as a stroller toy. It hangs at just the right height from the bar on his infant car seat. He's enjoyed looking at it for the past 2 months, and now that he's four months old, he's starting to reach for it. The bright colors really grab his attention, and as all Haba toys are, it's very well made. Would definitely purchase again as a gift!
