very cute

These are much more distructive child proof than the bunch of carrots. I'm still trying to teach my children to be gentle with their toys and I think the other carrots would not last as long as I would like

So cute!

These are so cute and very well made, but my kids and I still prefer the "bunch of carrots", because they are more like what we buy at the grocery store.

Built to last

As with all of the Haba food, these carrots are made to last and withstand dropping, stepping on, chewing on, etc. w/o showing signs of wear. They still look brand new after a year of heavy duty playing!

If I were a bunny....

I wouldn't be able to resist these carrots. When my teenagers were just outgrowing pretend play, I discovered Haba foods and was so sad that I couldn't rationalize the investment. How happy I am, that I now have young children again and have a great reason to start collecting. Haba foods are adorable! They are of great quality and perfect for little hands. These are so nice, the picture looks cute but the quality and appeal are so much more evident in real life. The carrots are a definite favorite at my house.

What's up doc?

This carrot is so adorable with its perfect coloring and constructed so nicely. It would have been nice if the stem had been fabric, like the bunch of carrots, to add a different texture but I am sure it is much more durable this way. These are perfect for snacks or feeding the fuzzy bunnies.

Crunchy Carrots!

This little carrot is just perfect. It?s a really good size for little hands. The color is a beautiful, bright orange. The shape is nice and smooth. I love that my daughters enjoy playing with toy versions of healthy foods and hope that spills over into their choices of real foods to eat. For that reason, I purchased every Haba fruit and vegetable.

My daughter had a plastic carrot before and what a difference this Haba one is. It's so well made, durable and realistic. My daughter loves feeding her plush bunny with this carrot.

munch, munch, munch!

The picture of these carrots doesn't do them justice at all. They are actually alot nicer in real-life than in the pictures Haba have provided, and I'm glad we did go ahead and buy them as we are very pleased! They are of excellent quality, as is all of Haba's play food. They handle toddler and pre-schooler play very well and we have yet to see a ding or scratch. As for these carrots versus the bunch of carrots - well these carrots are about double the size. The bunch of 5 is more like a bunch of dutch carrots, whereas these would be the "juicing" and "chopping" carrots. We bought both types of carrots and honestly, both are equally as cute as eachother.
