We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all products purchased at moolka.com.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our merchandise, please return it
within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price. When you return
an item to us, you must:
(1) use the original packaging;
(2) include the original packing slip; and
(3) the item must retain all tags and show no signs of use.
A Few Things To Note:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return/exchange is the
result of an error on our part.
If you received the item as a gift, you must provide a gift receipt.
If you are returning a sale item, we can only issue you a merchandise credit.
We cannot refund any special promotions or discounts, shipping costs, or gift
boxing charges unless the return/exchange is the result of a Moolka error.
We cannot refund any shipping and handling fees on drop ship items. Some of
these oversized drop ship items are not returnable. Please contact our customer
service department at support@moolka.com for more information on these items.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all wooden food and accessories from our
Kitchen Play area, unless we are responsible for the return.
Moolka reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if we do not receive
the merchandise in original condition. In such a case, the items will be
returned to you. If the shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to liquidate
the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to the return must be paid
by the customer.
How do I send something back?
Before returning any item(s), please email our customer service department at
support@moolka.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include the order
number, name, address and identify the item(s) you'd like to return. Once you
receive an authorization number, you can send the item(s) to the following

Please note that Moolka will not process returns without our Return
Authorization Number (RAN) located on or close to the shipping label and on the
original receipt inside the package.
We strongly recommend that you insure the return package. This protects you in
case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit
you for item(s) received in our warehouse. We'll send an email when your return
is processed, and you'll see a credit to your card within one billing cycle. If
you are returning gift or sale merchandise, we'll send you a merchandise credit
via e-mail.
